scooters or bikes

We are staying in Playa, but will be spending a day in Cozumel. I think we will snorkel at Dzul Ha. I would also like to rent a scooter or bike to do some touring. Any suggestions? While we are there is there any good restaurants for lunch near Dzul Ha?
