I recently went snuba diving in Cozumel at AquaWorld. You wear a snorkeling mask and fins. You are connected to a raft that has O2 and you breath in through your regulator and blow out through your nose. They give you instructions before you go in. About 5 minutes worth. Make sure you have enough weight on your weight belt or it's hard to stay down. You just swim like your snorkeling and enjoy the sights. You go down about 50ft. that is the length of your air hose. I truely enjoyed it. I learned after a few minutes that if you get to the end of your hose to pull on the air hose or the raft stays behind and your head is pulled to the right or left depending on which side your line is. Have fun and you will enjoy it.
