I have seen people using the snuba, but I can't answer your reservation type questions.

Of course you have mask and fins. There is a regulator that goes in your mouth and there is a hose connected to the regulator. The hose leads to a tank on a raft. Then you basically scuba on a leash. The raft follows you.

I think they give a few minutes training, but not like there is involved in a resort course for scuba.

Anyone with more info...jump in here. I'm only going on what I've noticed while I was snorkeling.
