I've been to Cozumel on two Easter breaks. This is one of their busiest seasons and you will find things open. I think it was Easter when we were at Dzul Ha. The beach club was open, but the dive shop was not. Nick needed fins, but there were none available to rent because the dive shop was closed. Other than that it was business as usual as far as I noticed.
