All of Fiesta Americana is not all inclusive and they give you a little charge card that each person must present in order to "buy" food. It worked well for us and I didn't have to wear a silly bracelet.

Can someone give us information and a great quality hotel and the average price and what it includes (or doesn't include)? Since the Presidente was a 5-star, we are looking for at least 4-star quality in an all inclusive. Thanks in advance for your responce!
