All - Inclusive Hotels, Prices, and Quality

We (my wife and I) just got back from Cozumel on our honeymoon. We stayed at the Presidente and it was awesome. We would like to try an all-inclusive when we return. Can someone give us information and a great quality hotel and the average price and what it includes (or doesn't include)? Since the Presidente was a 5-star, we are looking for at least 4-star quality in an all inclusive. Thanks in advance for your responce!
