Yes, you can rent a vehicle from an on-premise agency- the cost is a little more but the convenience is worth it. Most all of the major hotels and resorts offer this service, and I've seen the prices vary considerably, but you can expect to pay from $60.00 to $75.00 for a one-day rental on a Jeep or VW.
