Plaza Las Glorias

Is the grocery store across the street from Plaza Las Glorias finished yet?
I was in Cozumel last November and stayed at Plaza Las Glorias. We had to travel back into town to get to go to a grocery store and we heard that the construction across the street was going to be a new store.
We are going back in about six weeks.
