Hello, we stayed at the Crown Princess Club, which isn't far from your resort. You shouldn't have any worries about getting sick, every place has there own water filtration system. There were 3 great restaurants we enjoyed. Pepe's Grill is right on the water front and was very good. Prima Pasta was a great little place, own by a couple from Chicago. Two others we enjoyed was a place called Hooks and the Lobster's Cove. Hope I was helpful, e mail us and tell us if you enjoyed the island as much as wew did, have fun!! Eric & Beth
