I stayed at Tamarindo, run by Eliane and Jorge, and it is as wonderful as the pictures and descriptions say. I'm returning in January, and will stay there again. Amaranto is, I'm sure, just as wonderful. In my opinion, these B&Bs are the best buy for the buck. Very comfortable, laid back, and wonderful hosts who don't interfere but are helpful when needed.
