Pretty much all of Cozumel is "expensive". Beer is $2-3. drinks are$3-5. Average meal is 8-$25. $25 gets you a very nice lobster. I did not go inclusive and it was pretty $$$ but I ate well. I heard the food at Fiesta is a 4 on 1-10. It is buffet stuff. It is probably OK but you will get sick of it after 3 days.
