Any more recommendations on AI Resorts?

I am planning my first trip to Cozumel for early August. I am taking my 18 year old and 16 year old, and we want to stay at an all-inclusive. From previous messages, it looks like Paradisus or Allegro would be good choices. Any further advice? We snorkel but don't dive. We definitely plan on going to see several of the Mayan ruins. Thanks
