I booked the Arrecifes tour through our Travel Charters rep. I've stayed at Fiesta Americana (5*) and Casa del Mar (2*). Both had a tour rep stationed at a desk in the lobby for those who did not have a rep from a package tour. I think this is common practice on the island. Since Reef Club is rated higher than Casa del mar, I would think they would have someone there for you.

Most tours, Arrecifes included, hop from pier to pier picking up those who have booked. I'm sure they will pick you up right at the Reef Club pier.

Before I booked through my package rep, I was wandering the streets of San Miguel. I stumbled across Kuzamil Snorkeling Center. Recognizing the name, I went in and their prices were identical to what the tour rep had offered. I had him book everything we did. I figured he got some sort of per centage from the bookings and he was a nice guys.

Try going to www.cozumel.to and clicking on snorkeling. That will get you to the Arrecifes page. They have an address to email and Lisa will answer any questions you might have. She's very nice.
