We visited Reef Club in Playacar and were treated wonderfully. However, we took a day trip the the Reef Club hotel in Cozumel and were treated terribly. Even though our hotel encouraged the visit, in Cozumel they were far from happy to see us. The front desk resented us being there and was extremely rude. They ruined one whole day in Paradise. For anyone considering Cozumel Reef Club, I would suggest you think again!!
