We stayed there 5 years ago. It looks like a dump from the outside and seems to look worse every year we go. For the money it is not a bad deal. We stay at the Paradisus (much nicer). The downfall is that both of these all-inclusive resorts are at the north end of the island. The boat rides take an hour to get to the dive spots. Very inconvienient. We take a cab to downtown and use Aqua safari as our dive operator. This is an inconvienience too but save a lot of time on the boat ride, as all the dive site are at the southend of town You might check out The Iberostar Resort all inclusive and new. Its at the South end right across from Palancar Reef. The nicest all inclusive on the island for sure
