We stayed at the PLG last May and thought for the price it was great. The chicken quesedias are good. The happy hour is something like, 4:30 to 6:00. We would get a "bucket of Coronas". Good right before going out to eat. The snorkeling is great right off the patio. I talked to a girlfriend who just came back from Casta Caribe (Fiesta Inn) she went to the Chaunknaub Park and said the shorkeling was even better at her hotel than the park. We totally agreed. We talked our cousin into going to the park last January. Not as many fish for some reason. If you want to have a cool picture taken of you with the fish at the Park it costs about $20.00 if I remember right. We look at that picture all the time. Makes us want to go back. The snubba is really cool to try. We bought a snorkel day with El Zorro and some guys rent space on the boat and you have to pay MORE to be able to use the regulator and go 20' under. That was wild. It got us hooked on diving. We are PADI certified now. Have a good time. Carlos and Charlies is a blast at night. Too far to walk, take a cab.
