Looking for an inexpensive honeymoon

We're getting married this May and we're looking for an inexpensive trip for our honeymoon. We like our rooms to be nice and clean but don't require any of the luxuries found in most resorts. Can anyone recommend the best valued B&B styled offering on the island? Also what's the best way to go about diving safely and inexpensively? Should we look for an all-inclusive deal or do things a la carte? Finally, what other attractions other than the beach, snorkeling and diving are on the island? Any help is much appreciated. Would love to hear from some locals!
