Try going to Travelnotes board or Rodale's board. On the Travelnotes board there is a link to Bay Adventures. It's a travel agency out of Florida I think and they deal exclusively with trips to the Cozumel Cancun area. They have some nice package prices advertised. Plaza Las Glorias gets mediocre reviews and Costa Club is under new management...nothing negative reported. Those are the two hotels with the biggest savings, I believe. But I know they have deals for just about any place.

I don't dive, but a lot of the dive questions and comments mention the Rodale's board. They might be just what you're looking for. Good luck in your search. Buena suerte!
