If you want to swim with the dolphins while you are there, it costs about $40.00 us dollars as apposed to $95.00 us dollars at the park on Cozumel. And there is sooo much to see there from snorkling to a turtle hatchery to fish petting to the large aquariums, etc. etc. There are also shows and Mayan athletic events in the stadium. But the best part of it all is the shear beauty of the place.

: I also agree that Xcaret is a world class theme park and worth the trip to the mainland. The underground river trip is way cool. Everything is first class. The mainland has many other attractions like Xel Ha, Tulum, Dos Ojos, and beaches like Don Armandos. Pure magic, if you have the time.

I am going on a cruise and stoping in Cozumel for one day only. Will I have enough time to go to Xcaret? I would like to swim with the dolphins, but have a large group and can't really afford the price at the park in Cozumel which is now up to $120.
