From sun up til sun down we had hammering right above our heads. Pieces of the ceiling were coming down on our heads. The hotel (which we booked though SunTrips) offered us 2 night free on our next trip...have we seen these coupons from the hotel???>NO WE can't even get anyone to return our calls. SunTrips has been no help in this situation so I have sent a letter to the Better Business Bureau.
