Depends on what the Rx is for. Most medications you don't need an Rx for in Mexico. You just go to the drug store and tell them what you want. You can buy in bulk, but it is advisable you have a RX when you come home. If you stock up they (meaning the US) will question you. You shouldn't have a problem in Cozumel. There is a drug store in the main plaza, and more deeper in town. Otherwise, you can get just about any medication in Mexico without a Rx, and for MUCH less than it would cost in the US.
