We just returned from the Cozumel and stayed at the Fiesta America. We ate in town alot and like the following restaurents
La Chauza
Mission (no1)
Pancho's Backyard
La Veranda

The Coffee Bean has great coffee and deserts

there are several other good restaurents all are within walking distance when you get downtown

ps taxi ride 47 pesos
