Has anyone visited Chichen Itza?

I recently saw a picture of the Mayan ruins of Chichen Itza. There were MANY people around and it almost looked like it would be difficult to see everything with such a large crowd. If anyone has been there and knows whats the crowds are truely like, please contact me ASAP! Thanks!
