can you get a car over to Cozumel on any of the ferrys?

My wife and I will be honeymooning for one week in Cozumel in late May. If I flew into Cancun and rented a car and drove to Playa Del Carmen, is there a ferry line that transports cars to Cozumel, and if so, do you have any idea how much it would cost to transport a vehicle? Thank you for your help.
